Information and Technology Minister Gospel Kazako on Tuesday verbally attacked renowned Times TV presenter Brian Banda.
In a shocking tirade as the reporter tried to probe who is in charge of the country after President President Lazarus Chakwera, Kazako and two senior Minister told the public they were not aware of the arrest of ACB Director General Martha Chizuma.
Kazako did not answer the question but resorted to innuendos.
